We are sort of coming towards the end of the first generation, uh, sort of, uh, game creators. And to me, it’s really interesting because the people coming into the industry now, uh, are a much more diverse group. Um, you know, one of the, eh, one of the, uh, really amazing opportunities with being able to build up a new team is, um, you get to, to hand pick, uh, a group of people. Um, it’s not like, “Oh, there was an existing team over here and we’re just going to move them ‘cause this is now their project.” This was really hiring from scratch, uh, a whole team of people. Um, for me personally, diversity is hugely, hugely important to the, the creative process. I, I mean, everything from diversity of what studio you came from to where in the world you live to what your gender is to -- It doesn’t matter, right? T-, to me, diversity is someone is bringing a different perspective to the creative process and that’s really valuable.
